Chef, sommelier, and author of the Chinese book “Entertaining Around the World with Miggi” will share her passion for a wide range of places, cultures, foods, and wines. In this lecture and cooking demonstration she will provide important tips for serving delicious and beautiful meals for holidays, parties, or any events. The lecture will also cover pairing wine with Chinese food. This class will be in both English and Chinese. Book signing following.
