What happens when you combine a French winemaker, California grapes, and Chinese Schezwan cuisine? Join us for this special event at the newly-opened China Lounge in Pleasanton on July 31st. to find out!

Winemaker, Mr. Christian Roguenant from Burgundy will be introduce a range of wines that can be paired with the authentic cuisine of Schezwan, China. Some food will be hot*, some wines will be cold, some stories will be told, and a lot of culture will be shared.
