A healthy lifestyle results from balanced many elements including diet, activities, and personal relationships. Most people think of food only as a good or bad element of their lifestyle – too much or too little, low or high fat, or too many or too few carbs.
I believe that food is much more. Not only can it be healthy and delicious, but it can bring friends and family together to develop the long-term relationships that can be so difficult to grow and maintain in our fast-paced, high-turnover lives.
Food – preparing it together, sharing it with friends and family over a glass of wine and warm conversation, and even cleaning the dishes – are great ways to inject a healthy dose of human time in our daily lives.
My mission is to show you not only how to eat better than you ever imagined, but to do it easily and affordably, and make your kitchen a central part of your healthy lifestyle.
